Sunday to Thursday – $400 per night
Friday and Saturday – $500 per night

Not Included in Rates:
4% Processing fee for CC
Steele County Taxes: 7.38%

The rates are a flat fee. It does not change depending on the number of attendees.

Please Note
A $300 deposit and a completed contract are required to secure your dates.

The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the reservation date.

3-night minimum stay required.

There is ample parking available along the south east side of the house. We have a large private parking lot. Do NOT park along the street.

There are 3 marked handicapped spots near the front entrance and east sidewalk of the home.

The great room is set up with comfortable and ample sewing and crafting space.

It has overhead and natural lighting throughout, 2 cutting areas with mats, 2 iron stations with 2 irons (provided), and 4 large tables.

Each table is 5 feet by 15 feet and seats 6 crafters very comfortably.

The entire building is on one floor with no steps. It is handicapped accessible and follows all current ADA guidelines.

Happy Little Have has 4 very comfortable bedrooms.

Room 1- 2 twin beds.

Room 2- 3 twin beds

Room 3- 3 twin beds

Room 4- 2 twin beds (one is a trundel bed)

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:

• Oven

• Microwave

• Countertop stove

• Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and glasses

• Dishwasher

If you prefer not to wash dishes, remember to bring disposable items.

Small appliances available for your use:

• Coffee Pot & Keurig

• Crock Pot

• Hand mixer

• Blender

• Popcorn Machine

Most small appliance manuals can be found in the same cupboard where they are stored.

Please be aware that my state license prohibits me from serving any food or drinks, including salt, pepper, or pre-packaged foods.

Keep this in mind when packing and choosing your meals.

We do have a few local businesses that will deliver premade meals. If you are interested in ordering family style meals for your group here are a few local restaurants that offer a partnership package.

Old Town Bagel- Breakfast and lunch foods

There is a binder located in the building with recommended delivery options as well.

Check-in time is 10:00 AM
Check-out time is 1:00 PM

We can accommodate flexibility if these times do not suit your needs, but it must be preapproved.

Want to add some relaxation and fun to your retreat? How about a relaxing facial? Or a satin feet & hands treatment? If you want to learn how to apply eye shadow and blush or find your perfect shade of foundation and lipstick, then a color class is for you.

KITCHEN:

• Make sure all dishes are washed and stored away. It’s acceptable to start the dishwasher before departing.

• Dispose of all garage and recycling in the dumpster located by the east side door. Please use bags to contain garbage before placing them in the trash can. Bags can be found under the sink.

• Take all leftover food and drinks with you. Any remaining items will need to be discarded.

• Check the stovetop, oven, and microwave for spills and wipe them up.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

• Remove sheets and pillowcases from beds and place them in a hamper.

• Make sure towels and sheets are separated; there are two hampers for towels and two for sheets.

• Do not remove the mattress protector.

• Fold the comforter and place it at the foot of the bed.

• Empty all garbage cans in the bathrooms.

• Turn off all ceiling fans and lights.

Overall Departure Instructions:

• Double-check that everything is turned off.

• Remember to unplug the irons.

Steele County regulations restrict the maximum occupancy of the facility to 10 individuals.

• You must park in marked spaces. Please avoid parking on the street and use our private lot.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house. Please refrain from leaving cigarette butts on the ground outside.

• The use of recreational drugs is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
